Registration must be done in person during regular office hours, Monday, Wednesday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30pm and Tuesdays from 8:00 am - 6:00pm.

Young actors will strengthen their musical theatre skills in a creative, safe, professional and fun setting. Taught by instructors from San Gabriel's Premiere music theatre company, the San Gabriel Valley Music Theatre, students will learn acting, singing, dance, character creation, improvisation and stage craft while program culminates with final performances on the Mission Playhouse Stage! ​Bulldog Sports Camp

Age: middle school aged youth

The Bulldog Sports Camp kicks off Monday, June 10 at Jefferson Middle School, located at 1372 E. Las Tunas Drive. This free camp will help young athletes work on their core strength while reinforcing the basic fundamentals in basketball and volleyball, and teach the "team" mentality.

The summer recreation program provides fun for youth ages 6 and over! All activities will be supervised by Recreation Leaders, however, children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult. Participants are encouraged by staff to remain on the playground, but they are free to come and go at any time.This program is not day care. Staff is not responsible for children who choose to leave the playground. Recreation programs close at the time listed above, which concludes the Community Services Department's supervision of participants. Recreation Leaders are instructed to leave the facility at that time. In the event that the playgrounds are closed due to special events or inclement weather, information will be posted. Be sure to check with the Recreation Leaders regarding special events. All playgrounds will be closed on July 4 for the Independence Day holiday. 

The FREE LUNCH program will again be available for children, 18 years of age and under, and will be provided without regard to race, color, national origin, gender or disability. Lunch will be served weekdays at the above listed sites between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
