The Community Services Department offers after school recreation and sports programs during the school year, as well as summer recreation programs, and a summer day camp for San Gabriel youth. Along with these programs, the department provides a variety of trips and special events throughout the year for youth of all ages.
Summer Day Camp
Our Cougar Adventure Camp at Coolidge School features a variety of activities for youth grades, 1-8. Each week, participants will visit a fun and educational location that matches the theme for the week. Camp is limited and fills up quickly, so be sure to sign up soon! Registration begins May 8. Bulldog Sports Camp
This sports camp is designed for middle school students. It runs from Mon-Fri, 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm at Jefferson Middle School, June 5 - July 7. *Bulldog Sports Camp is a FREE program.
Parks After Dark
Join us as we liven up our parks after dark! We will make stops at Vincent Lugo and Smith Park for an energetic good time as we keep everyone active with fun games and crafts! Smith Park: Tuesdays at 6 pm Vincent LugoPark: Thursdays at 6 pm
