After receiving Planning approval, submit three complete dimensioned and scaled drawings that include:
· Site Plan
· Grading
· Utilities (existing and proposed)
· Street Centerline
· Sewer (lateral and mainline)
· Driveway width
· Street Improvements
· Street Light locations
Incomplete plans will not be accepted
