'EGGStraordinary' Spring Celebration

Pancake Breakfast & Egg Hunt

Each spring, the Parks & Recreation Department holds an Egg Decorating Contest and offers a

Spring Break Trip for youth. In addition, the Department co-sponsors with the Kiwanis Club to

provide the Annyual Pancake Breakfast and 'Egg'straordinary Spring Celeberation. For more

The 67th Annual Pancake Breakfast & Egg Hunt celebration sponsored

by the San Gabriel Kiwanis Club and the City of San Gabriel

Parks & Recreation Department, will be held at Smith Park on

Parade & Picnic

Saturday, July 3rd, 2010  from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

This year’s Parade will begin at Plaza Park and head through the Mission District to Smith Park where you will find food, fun, swimming and games. Registration is free, but you must register in order to be in the parade. Kids are welcome to ride their decorated tricycle, bike or scooter, or walk in the parade (prizes for best decorated).  Activities at Smith Park will include a watermelon eating contest, barbeque, free pool admission and refreshments.
