Public Hearing: The project was approved at the June 26, 2023 Design Review Commission meeting.
Environmental Determination: This project was reviewed for compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The project was found to be exempt from the requirements of CEQA, per Guideline Section 15332, Class 32 (In-Fill Development).
