Community Development

On June 6, 2023, the City Council approved the budget and master fee schedule for Fiscal Year 2023-2024.  Effective July 1, 2023, fees will increase for building permits, planning fees and others.  The master fee schedule also introduces a new fee for Tree Trimming and Tree Removal Permits.   This fee will be $268.  Please select the Master Fee Schedule link for further details.

Business Assistance Services

The City of San Gabriel small business community can benefit from a wide range of services which support workforce development, increase regional economic growth, and help communities thrive. Businesses can obtain information and technical assistance to see opportunities in local, State, and Federal government procurement. Additionally, businesses can find assistance in the permitting and business license processes.
