Due to the recent heat wave across the region, our summer programming at Smith Park, Marshall Park and Roosevelt Elementary will be canceled from July 23 to July 25. In addition, our Parks After Dark program will be canceled on July 24 and July 26.

In an additional note, our Parks After Dark program for August 2 will be taking place at the San Gabriel Village during FairviewCon from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. instead of at Vincent Lugo Park. FairviewCon will take place as scheduled from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with live music, a costume contest for kids and adults, exhibits and vendors featuring comic book writers, illustrators and artists. Local food trucks – including LA Burger Bar, Spitz, Dip’d Food Truck, and Ridges Churro Bar – will be on hand.
