In the spirit of the holiday season, the San Gabriel Police Department will not be enforcing overnight parking on November 21, November 22, December 24, December 25, December 31 and January 1.
Normally, the City does not allow vehicles to be parked on the street from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. without a parking permit, which may be obtained from the Finance department. Only passenger vehicles and light trucks registered with a California license plate are allowed to park on City streets. Other vehicles, including RVs, trailers, commercial trucks or vehicles with any advertisements on them are not permitted to park on the street regardless of whether or not they have a permit. More information about the City’s parking policies may be found here.
We hope you enjoy the holiday season. Happy holidays from the San Gabriel Police Department and the City of San Gabriel!
