Northbound and southbound traffic lanes will be closed to vehicular traffic at the railroad crossing on Walnut Grove Avenue between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. The roadway will reopen for north-south travel after 3 p.m. daily. Motorists should use San Gabriel Boulevard as a detour (see map above). Pedestrian access will be available at all times. Construction is expected to begin on Monday, August 5, 2013 and continue through Friday, August 23, 2013. Most construction will occur weekdays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Weekend work is not anticipated. Noise, dust and vibration will be monitored for compliance with applicable limits.
