Art lovers at all levels can enjoy a free art workshop this Thursday, Dec. 1, presented by the Community Services Department.

The workshop will be the first in a series, which will occur every first Thursday of the month. The first two meetings will cover sketch drawing, using a model, taught by instructor Dean Parker. Parker will spend the first half of the class instructing and then have students sketch for the second half of the class. All drawing supplies will be provided for free for class attendees.

The workshops, starting Dec. 1, will be from 1:00-3:30 p.m. in the Padillo Room at the Adult Recreation Center, 324 S Mission Drive.
