Locals can celebrate Valentine's Day at the free Wine, Dine & Dance event on Thursday, Feb. 9 between 7:00-9:30 p.m. in the Mission Playhouse Plaza, 320 S Mission Drive.

Learn the basic steps of tango, the dance of passion, make new friends and discover the Mission District restaurants and caterers. The evening will also include a tango and flamenco show from a local artist and dancer, Clarita Corona, accompanied by a guitarist. The last hour of the evening will feature an open dance floor for everyone to practice their new moves. Free wine tasting, appetizers and desserts will be available, while supplies last.
