At its Feb. 27 meeting, the Design Review Commission:
- Approved a time extension to the Precise Plan of Design for a four-story mixed-use development consisting of approximately 17,000 square feet of commercial space and 159 residential condominium units at 201-217 S San Gabriel Blvd. (above left)
- Approved a revision to a Precise Plan of Design for a new 10,210 square feet commercial building at 500 E Valley Blvd. The revision includes a reduction to the approved project from 10,210 square feet to 5,391 square feet. (above right)
