I heard about a new, proposed project in the City. How can I learn more about it?
The City uses a case manager system for all new development projects. You can call the Planning Division at 626-308-2806 to find out which planner is the case manager for a particular project. The case manager can provide you with details and note your concerns.

The City website also has summary descriptions of current major projects. To review the list of projects, click this link: Current Programs and Projects

Comments can be voiced directly with the case manager or submitted on-line using the inquiry/request for service form. Service Request Form

Most large projects require approval by either the Planning Commission or Design Review Commission at public hearings/meetings. These meetings have designated times for members of the public to voice their concerns regarding the project being reviewed.
